Cosmo "Buy & Fly to Dubai" Campaign - Terms & Conditions

Campaign Period:
The "Buy & Fly to Dubai" campaign is valid from 12th November to 12th December 2024. Purchases made outside this period will not be eligible for participation.

Eligibility:
The campaign is open to residents of India aged 18 years or older. Minimum Purchase equirement: To qualify, customers must make a single transaction worth INR 4,999 or more on the Cosmo India website.

Prize Details:
2 lucky winners will win a trip to Dubai, which includes:

Round-trip economy class airfare from India to Dubai. Accommodation for two nights and three days. Breakfast included at the hotel (other meals are not covered).

Private driver service for transportation throughout the trip, covering travel to main attractions in Dubai as per the itinerary.

Itinerary & Activities:

You’ll visit the main attractions of Dubai (details will be shared closer to the trip).

We will select the travel time slots outside peak season. The winner may choose their preferred dates within the provided slot.

Any additional activities outside the provided itinerary will be at your own expense.

Visa Charges:
We’ve got you covered! Cosmo will pay for the visa charges. The winner must have a valid passport with at least six (6) months of validity.

Non-transferable:
The trip is exclusively for two persons. It cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or other products/services.

Winner Selection & Announcement: The winner will be chosen randomly from eligible participants. The official announcement will be made on 25th December 2024. The trip will be scheduled after 10th January 2025, giving you ample time to plan.

Notification:
The selected winner will be contacted via email or phone based on the details provided during the purchase. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

Travel Dates:
The travel dates will be determined by us. The winner must confirm their preferred dates within the given time slots. Travel during peak season is not included.

Additional Costs:
The winner is responsible for any additional costs not included in the package, such as meals (other than breakfast), personal expenses, travel insurance, and activities outside the planned itinerary.
